Requirement: Ability to capture the customer’s Budget and compare against the estimated agreement cost derived from the information specified on the Agreement, so that users have the necessary information to support the decision making process prior to finalising the agreement. E.g. if the cost is greater than the customer budget, then perhaps this can be addressed by reducing the frequency or the service duration. Potential Solution: Generate Booking Dates/ Invoice Dates once the recurrence pattern is specified, independent of the Agreement activation OR provide a count of booking dates/ invoice dates independent of the Agreement Activation, so that it is possible to calculate the projected expenditure as per sample formula below: • Agreement Booking Setup Cost= [(Agreement Booking Service. Unit Amount * Duration to Bill) + (Agreement Booking Product. Unit Amount *Quantity to Bill)]* Number of Booking Date Instances, for each Agreement Booking Setup specified on the Agreement • Agreement Invoice Setup Cost= (Agreement Invoice Product. Unit Amount *Quantity to Bill)* Number of Invoice Date Instances, for each Agreement Invoice Setup specified on the Agreement • Total Cost= Agreement Booking Setup Cost + Agreement Invoice Setup Cost
