The ability for the client to see the backlog of emails to be processed and how long they have been there. We recently did an upgrade of our own solution and observed that during that upgrade emails were not sent. That is expected behavior. In our situation, we observed that there was a significant lag time. We want to be able to see what is in the email backlog for awareness and potential troubleshooting.
