Users should be able to create more than one gift receipt from the same transaction. Currently users can select a subset of lines to be on a gift receipt at the end of the transaction, but are only given the option of a single gift receipt.

If the purchase contains gifts that are supposed to go to two or more parties user should be able to keep creating gift receipts until all lines have been consumed. For example line #1,#2,#4 are for the first gift receipt and #3 and #5 are for the second gift receipt
