The October 2025 feature to integrate bookings with Outlook Calendars is very useful.

However, the template used to generate the appointment in Outlook is not exposed or configurable. It is very vanilla and lacks implementation/customer specific information.

It would be useful to have editable outlook templates. Something like a default Outlook Template that is configured in Field Service Settings, but each BRB could be overwritten to use a different template, similar to how SLAs behave with defaulting behavior. The templates could use the legacy email templates with mappings such as:

Template Subject >> Appointment Title

Template Body >> Appointment Body
