Where a task recording is uploaded to the client's BPM but the form name doesn't match the menu item, the recording doesn't appear in the list of task guides when you access help from the form the recording relates to.
Clients love task recordings and the ability to access them from the help menu, however when they don't appear, users don't know to look for them. It would be great if this could be addressed by Microsoft.
