Problem

By default Auditing is turned off and disabled for the Secure Configuration (sdkmessageprocessingstepsecureconfigs) records.
This means that the secure configuration records could be edited and no trace of the previous value would be logged. Also the secure configuration record could be read without any compliance logging being made.

Solution/Idea

These should be turned on for auditing as default and you should be able to audit read transactions as well both Single and Multiple as per any other DataVerse Table.

This should be able to be configurable as well as per any other DataVerse Table but a default on would suffice.
