The interactive Service Dashboards are very productive to the users to get to their prioritized cases very quickly. 


It will be very productive if the user can save reqularly using combinations of global filters on the dashboard and use them by selecting them (similar to personal/saved views on Advanced Find). This increases the productivity as well as experience.

I would like to add to this idea, if possible: Most of our customer simply offer continuing support and don't even want a timeframe filter OR at least allow the system customize to provide more options that are provided (eg.: "this calendar year"). It would also be great if each user can pin their own preferred timeframe, as not all customer support employees care about one default timeframe for the entire company. Some support employees prefer to work in shorter or longer timeframes than their colleagues.
