Right now there is a bug the service request pathway has resulted in a dead end for our enterprise.

Specifically, once clear formatting is used on formatted text, we're not able to use the styles dropdown to change the text's formatting, it's just completely irresponsive. We've mentioned to at least include some ui/ux feedback when this happens. In addition the editor is adding tons of redundant span and p tags which make for jumbled html code.
