It would be good to be able to add contacts to pre-created static segments, based on events in the Customer Journey. For example, if a mail is sent to a contact and the contact passes through to the next step in the Customer Journey flow, we would like to be able to add this contact to a static segment that we have created previously. Or if a contact takes a certain path after a trigger or splitter. This segment could then be the basis for another Customer Journey. Ideally, a specific tile - "Add to Segment" - would be good for this purpose.



Also, we would like to be able to - from an existing tile, for example "Marketing E-mail" - be able to add contacts to a pre-created segment based on various events associated with the tile, for example "email sent", "email received", "email bounced". We understand that there is a function today that allows us to "save" for example the "email received" contacts from a "Marketing email" tile to a segment, creating a "snapshot" of the contacts that have received the email at a specific time. However, we would like a way of continously adding the contacts to a pre-created segment.
