In the current D365 Finance Italian Localization, the Unique Certification (Certificazione Unica) functionality does not support printing the certificates in the predefined format required by the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate).
By law, every legal entity operating in Italy must prepare and communicate annually the Unique Certification for all vendors subject to withholding tax. The communication must follow the official predefined format (PDF) provided by the Revenue Agency, and a copy of the certificate must also be delivered to the vendors within the statutory deadline.
While D365 Finance correctly stores the required information and provides the functionality to generate the electronic output file for submission, the system does not allow printing of the certificate in the mandatory predefined layout. This creates a gap for companies that need to produce and distribute the official certificates directly from the ERP.
Proposal:
Extend the Italian Localization functionality to allow generation and printing of the Unique Certification (Certificazione Unica) in the official PDF format, aligned with the Revenue Agency requirements. This would enable companies to deliver the legally compliant certificate to vendors directly from D365 Finance, ensuring full coverage of the regulatory process.
