Allow custom script for msdyn_/RichTextEditorControl/RTEGlobalConfiguration.json

In particular "disableDefaultImageProcessing": true,

so that pasted images are saved in HTML as base64, not msdyn_imageblob link

When raising a support ticket, Co-Pilot said:

"Custom configuration will be available for modern RTE starting in version 10.2

Modern RTE currently does not support custom configuration files."

can it be available sooner - we are currently on v9.2 and there is no ETA for 10.2
