The creation of A Customer Insights Journey will automatically create 5 Flows in order to circumvent the throttling limits imposed by Power Automate by default. They are exactly the same, copies of each other.
I was told by Microsoft Premier Support to avoid deleting them or modify them.
The problem is that if there are several CI Journeys in a same tenant for example in a multinational company with several divisions with each having many Journeys, it will create a fast proliferation (that could quickly become exponential) of Flows with mixed statuses (running and stopped).
It can be seen from the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit Flows overview and the cleanup Flows from it might automatically delete them, leading to outages or unexpected behaviors. So Power Platform admins need to be aware of that by excluding all Dynamics environments from this clean-up process.
Besides, only Power Platform admins are able to see this. Regular users and Dynamics admins will not.
So I would suggest a different approach and design of this product.
