Filter option grayed out in dashboard, dynamics 365
Unable to Filter in Columns - Dashboard View
Repro steps:
- Create a dashboard(PErsonal/system), user List view.
- Now, apply filter on columns.
- Filter option grayed out in dashboard
- As a work around, we can click ellipsis at top right corner and select "See all records" to quickly navigate to entity list view and do filter in it.
- However, is there any chance to apply filter on dashboard.
- OR else, can we remove the FILTER button.
Please suggest.

Filter option on Dashboard columns is enabled on New Look of D365 CRM. Its a personal user preference to Try New Look for D365 CRM online. Ask your System Administrator to Enable this settings for your environment.
