In point view of audit requirement to secure the proper access to D365FO system, we strongly desire to have the bellow features in D365FO to trace user activity.
[Trace activity for]
“Form”
- The User ID/User Name (WHO)
- The timestamp (WHEN)
- What is form the user open (WHAT)
- What is the table or view(data entity) the user read (WHAT)
“Open in Microsoft”(Open in Excel & Export to Excel) Activity
- The User ID/User Name (WHO)
- The timestamp (WHEN)
- What is form the user open to use “Open in Microsoft” (WHAT)
- How many records the user Open or Export to excel (WHAT)
- What is the table or view(data entity) the user export from (WHAT)
*Currently, LCS has “user activity” in environment monitoring. And this can trace the “Form” activity. But It is difficult to find the User ID/User Name.
