I checked and didn't clearly see that this idea is out there, but it would be helpful to move the Reply to email over to the email header section. One more than one occasion have our users have changed the From email to the contact owner but have forgotten to change the Reply to email. It would look like this:

From name: Jack Green

From email: jack.green@email.com

Reply to email: jack.green@email.com

Subject: Add a subject.
