Repro Steps:

1. created a new Account from Sales > Accounts with the name "Åity Power & Light (sample)" (note: Å is a Nordic letter and it is supposed to come after Z as per http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swedish_alphabet)
2. however, if you sort the View from A-Z then you will find "Åity Power & Light (sample)" in the list of records that belong to A. (Note: Å is considered as A in CRM Online)
