Issue:
After enabling showing CID activities in CIJ timeline: Show activities with Dynamics 365 timelines - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn, the Unified Activity table stores the activities from CID and is displayed on the Timeline (contact, account...)
On the timeline, instead of the event name being shown in the header like in CID, it shows the table name, causing confusion
Explanation:
While for the typical activity tables, the headers can be change in the timeline component because Timeline renders the header from the card view configuration set up in the Timeline Maker editor.
For Unified Activity, the CID cross-system aggregation entity — there is no entry in the Timeline activity type configuration list. The Maker editor never shows it. Because no card view is configured, Timeline falls back to rendering the entity logical name as the header
Request features:
Since the displayed header cannot be change, this causes a lot of confusion for the users. I propose 2 changes:
- Let user able to customize the header of the Unified table.
- Change the default displayed header into something intuitive and give clearance instead of the table name.

Agreed with the changes proposal, users should have more flexibility for the customized header of the Unified table.Change the default displayed header into something intuitive and give clearance of the table name would help customer to understand the Unified table.
