While using GoodLife Dynamics, the staff needs to schedule sales calls. Sometimes, due to other work duties, all calls cannot be completed, and they go into overdue status.

Tableau (which seems to be one of the ways how the employer tracks employee's productivity), only tracks calls made that are scheduled. In order to re-schedule calls, right now the process requires having to select a lead, state an action, and the select a date. Even in the list mode, it still seems not very practical, since a "select all" button does not exist.

By having an option where several leads can be assigned for the same action (such as re-scheduling for a certain date), a lot of time clicking and selecting dates would be saved, and more "actual calls" would be made during the saved time, which would improve sales performance.
