It would be great if the PSA could handle team based allocation. Resources can be bundled into teams and these teams will have the capacity of the sum of the team members. The Teams could be allocated to tasks with the allocation flowing through to the team members.
The functionality is very similar to Crew/Pool allocation in Field Service
