Imagining a scenario of a job for a "plant", it is necessary to transfer "components" from the company to the plant site.
In the job planning lines it is possible to indicate the article to be invoiced and also the articles to be used, but it is not possible to generate a document that allows to justify the release of these articles.
I hope that in BC 18 it was decided to link this functionality to the new management of inventory documents, or at least to sales orders (even if these orders would most likely not be invoiced).

Thank you Roberto for suggestions.But I still hope that in the future we could find a standard functionality in BC..now we go ahead developing :)

Hi, you could change \ modify the "Inventory shipments" module by also managing the job\ task \ planning line or at least the job\ task, so that you can see the lines sent to a customer without using a sales order or a transfer between locations.
