In the Physical Inventory Order process there are Physical Inventory Recordings created (a user enters data of items found on stock). If an item is recorded that was not calculated before (should not be on stock but was found during counting) the result of the process should be, that it is added to stock. This is not possible for items with item tracking and expiration date. the item can be added in the recording (with serian and/or lot not). the recording can be set to "finished" and the item is then added to the physical inventory recording as positive adjustment (also with item tracking for that item available with the entered serial and/or lot not) but there is no field for the expiration date (not in the recording and also not in the item tracking of the order). So the order can not be posted becaus an error comes up that an expiration date must be set (as defined in the item tracking --> expiration date mandetory).
There should be an additional field "Expiration date" in the Recording Line to set the expiration date for the line and the information should be transfered to the Item Tracking / Reservation entries afterwards.

This is stopping a couple of our customers using PI Orders, as they have Expiration Dates.

This would be great as current stocktake process requires multiples steps for each item. Process is also quite complex which makes it difficult to train new users.

This would be a massive improvement for our business as we utilise item tracking and expirations.
