Users sees a different behavior when using Esc key
If a tooltip is highlighted and user clicks on Esc key to close the form, first tooltip is closed and then on the second click of Esc key the form is closed.
This behavior should be considered for the labels of a fast tab which will dont have additional information in help text. as this causes additional clicks to close the form.
