When creating new accounts using GL Account Mass Modify, the accounts come in with a Workflow Status of 0 (in the GL00100 table), which is not valid therefore allowing you to post against the account before being approved. No warning message is provided. When you manually create the item under Card > Financial > Account, the process works correctly. Normal workflow statuses would between 1-6 with the addition of 9 when the workflow is disabled. This issue occurs regardless of the workflow status of the original account. This allows users to basically create new accounts without going through the workflow process. Would like to see when you start in this window the workflow would be added.
