While merging the account some of the fields under account tab are not checked and work inconsistently!

In a CRM instance go to Sales -> Accounts; Select two accounts and Click on "Merge"
1) When we select the radio button for "select all fields in this section" the behaviour is inconsistent. Some sections get selected with single click, some with double, some fields get toggled, though "select all fields in this section" is selected not all fields in that section are selected.

2) When we select "Select all fields with data" at the bottom of the window, not all fields with data are selected. It's inconsistent and not working as expected

Checked in both version of CRM 2016 and CRM 2016 update 1 behaviour is the same.
