Our sales team use a lot of time to manually process long RFQ's.

Today they have to add all quote lines manually. That is time consuming work.

What if we could create the quote by adding the RFQ document to Copilot?

The document usually contain most of the relevant information needed to create a quote.

I see that Business Central have almost this functionality. But not quite.

Here is some possible user stories:

User story 1: Create new quote. When in the quote form, select create quote with Copilot. Upload the RFQ pdf/Excel sheet and add a prompt (optional). The quote is created for the sales taker to review before sending.

User story 2: The customer sends an email to our sales team. This email is added as a queue item in Sales. From the queue item you get the option to draft a reply with the help from Copilot. The reply contain information about which of the requested products (from the RFQ) that we can offer and which we have to investigate further. The Sales taker can also create a quote with the help from Copilot. The attached RFQ document and email body is source of information. The quote is created for the sales taker to review before sending.
