When selecting multiple records and you have the option to "edit" all of those records in bulk, the form automatically defaults to the main Microsoft form, but most CRMs are customized to the customer, so there should be an option to change the fields on the bulk edit form to match what your main entity form looks like. I think it seems pretty simple to just add an additional form option.
