Hello team,

after introduction of roll-up of activities on timeline (see Improve agent productivity with timeline enhancements | Microsoft Learn), a filter for rolled-up timeline entries is requested by our users several times. The introduced feature is really helpful for a lot of users, but it also makes it hard to keep the overview in customers with large hierarchy. The users request to have a filter in account timeline, which enables them to show/hide rolled-up activities or only activities related to opened account. Today the only possibility is to switch off the functionality in customizing at all. It would be great if this can be handled by filters in the future.
