Currently, search fields show candidate items according to a sort of order of a specific view when users click magnifying glass of search field.
Search fields only show recent search history after 2019 release wave 2 update.
The design changed on the update but it is easier to use and user friendly before the change. It will be more convenient if users can choose search results in search fields by a new function.
