In the standard D365 Finance, the allocation percentage calculation by the basis source can be done only including "Current" posting layer and there is no option to select the posting layer to include for calculation of the percentages.

However, in the allocation rule there is option to select multiple posting layers.

In this case, if we have balances with the different positng layer than "Current", these balances can not be included the allocation percentage calculations.

I have recommendation to provide an option to select posting layers to include basis source - allocation percentage calculations of the real balances.
