At the Summary page of the FRE, I can see that all processes have finished except "Application Services". That process remains in status "Not Started". 

I have received the email confirming that the setup of the environment is done. What consequence does it have the "Application Services" process is not completed, and do I need to take any additional steps, rerun the FRE, etc?
