The out of the box solution currently allows dashboards to be quickly filtered today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this quarter, last quarter.

Can we please add this year, last year?

Our business can only work this this year, last year and therefore, the current UI is cumbersome for us. We are forced to use the custom time frame option to get any use out of dashboards and even this cannot be defaulted to Jan 1st to Dec 31st. This is something so simple but acting as a major barrier to adoption as it makes an otherwise slick solution seem inflexible to our user base.
