At this moment, sorting any column in any form that contains values in Icelandic, produces incorrect sorting, for example entries beginning with "Á" will randomly be placed between entries beginning with "A"

This is a limitation that comes from SQL collation, and at the moment changing the collation is not supported in Dynamics 365 cloud environments.
