We have had this question in every entity of our company we have implemented so far. At least questioned by 6 key users and 6 process experts why this is not standard as it was in our previous (26 years old) ERP.

Surprised this even requires voting.Showing real user names is basic functionality for serious asset management.Deferring it until it “gathers votes” feels like ignoring product quality.

I agree with this. If a purchase agreement is already approved, we should not have to approved all purchase orders generated from this agreement. This is a requirement we have from some of our customers.

Essential functionality - D365 is marketed as a multi-company solution but when its own invoice processing solution can't handle intercompany invoices properly, it's disappointing.

This would be great for us. We have i.e. a custom column for a "Stage".The users confuse this with the system column "Case Stage".There are other examples like this, so a possibility to hid not used columns in "Edit Columns", would be great for the users.

I wonder if this is related to "Work user access policies" in D365FSC?I am testing out a 15 minute timeout in the WMS app, which we use V3, and am able to create a policy and tie it to a work user, but it doesn't time out their session. Just wanted to post to see if anyone else came across this for a little collaboration.
