- During Lead Qualification process allow a panel to inject custom model as per business requirement based on user defined criteria similar to customer journey in Dynamics 365 Marketing unlike current Hot Lead, Warm Lead or Cold Lead only.
- Define custom lead assignation algorithm business can select or customize e.g., Round Robin, FIFO, Queue, Custom Model 1, Custom Model 2 etc.
