Greetings!

This is the list of how UDO does not function at it's optimum level (efficiency) and stretches out our enforced call time:

-as the Veteran enters all his CTI info, it should populate his info in the UDO--it only does it 3 out of 40 times
-latency in pulling up the CADD
-latency in pulling up the profile
-latency in pulling up service request
the list goes on and on.

Please assist accordingly and hopefully in a timely manner,
