Recently, we have been having an issue that we haven’t encountered before. When we merge leads using the duplicate pop up notification and go through the process of setting up the merge specifications, the system marks the wrong lead as open and the other as Disqualified/Lost. Please allow users to choose which of the records is the primary one when using the duplicate pop up notification, or allow us to set the newer record as the one we want to keep as the open one after the merge.
