As Admin user I want to be notified of any content/system changes pending my review in an email and I will be able to review the changes in the CMS/System and approve/or decline them for publishing. The person who made the change will be notified of my decision. Currently, there are only the 3 roles - Reader, Content Publisher and Administrator, which does not have any workflow system.

From D365 Commerce, Sitebuilder application, Content authoring workflow approval is one of key requirement from customer who are planning for upgrade to Dynamics 365 Commerce from their existing non-Microsoft platform.
