There was an option which was used quite a bit within the Web Client when filtering. It was "Filter by [column name]. When this was used, it would invoke the Lookup Records search window. Then users would add their values and search by multiple values. This kept them within the view page and they could select records and perform the actions from the toolbar like Assign.

This option is not in UCI and they are forced to use Advanced Find. This takes them away from the Case view and toolbar where there are the action buttons. They cannot do bulk changes with ease or quickly within advanced Find when filtering by [column] name and with the Lookup Record functionality.
