In an Opportunities, it would be extremely helpful to have the ability to have "Actions" that send notifications on a specified date.
For example, a list of actions might be displayed beside "POSTS", "ACTIVITIES" AND "NOTES" in the Notes Pane. These actions will have a date field for completion and notifications sent out to the specified user.
An Opportunity may have a single Owner and several other people involved in the Opportunity. The Actions list might say, "Contact supplier on 1st June for updated product pricing" and a notification is sent out to a specified salesperson on 1st June to remind him/her to complete the Action.
As a manager or administrator, it would be possible to assign Actions, and specify notifications for any members of the team.
