Currently all types of "expiring records" as e.g. identification number, probation, screenings,... (on the personnel management workspace) are based on the same day range (one parameter only). However, in reality they all need action within a different time frame e.g. an expiring stay permit needs to be recognized at least 3 months before its going to expire, but on the other side, I don't want to see all probation periods ending within the next 3 months (as a probation period usually lasts only 3 months).

All types of records should be configurable separately!
