Can you please bring back 'Open in a new window" right-click option?
(We are using Dynamics 365 for our Sales, Marketing, Payroll & HR teams. I am not sure which product we are using.)
The older platform Version 1710 (9.1.0.4046) online that we were using had the capability to right click on an account name or contact name and open it in a new window. That way I could have many tabs open at the same time.
The New version we are using Server version: 9.1.0000.4046; Client version: 1.3.1633-190416-182257 -- DOES NOT have the capability to open various pages in a new window and that is impeding our progress. In sales, especially on the prospecting side, our goal is to be as quick and efficient as possible so having multiple contacts open works well. So is there a way to configure the program to add back the feature with the right-click that we can open a contact or account in a new window? PLEASE BRING THAT BACK!! Thanks.
