We want to have emails saved in the [Sent] item on Outlook or Outlook Web App even when we sent it through Dynamics 365 (Online).

As of now, an email we send from Dynamics 365 (Online) is left as a record, but it doesn�t appear on Outlook�s or Outlook Web App�s [Sent] item.

If an email that was sent from Dynamics 365 (Online) can also be saved on Outlook�s or Outlook Web App�s [Sent] item, we could also check the email from both apps and that would positively affect our work performances.

This a comment we get from customers almost every time the send email from dynamics feature is presented to customer. A lot of them dosn't whant to send email from Dynamics it only for that reason making all email engagement feature irrelevant. Please add this small feature that will have a huge impact
