Hi,

This week our environment was expired and cannot be retrieved. Event though Microsoft help center was a great help, there wasn't anything they could do about it. It just means that all the hard work and customization we have put to our environment are now gone.

It would be a very great help of there would be an email reminder few days before trial environment was expired. I wasn't able to always open/use the said environment so if you have reminders inside the environment, I won't notice it.
