There is a function in Business Central Dynamics 365 Create and Manage Interactions with Contacts - Business Central | Microsoft Docs to create meetings and send them but that does not work on SaaS and it will be removed in the future releases this function completely.

So the proposal for feature request is to integrate D365 with MS Calendar, because in the current state is that when you want to book a meeting in Business Central Dynamics 365 it will be needed to do the same thing in Calendar also.

Doing the same thing twice is not very convenient.
