The banner that can be enabled on Marketing Pages needs to be enhanced to meet the legal requirements of EU Directive, CCPA, and GDPR. For example, it needs to allow a user to select what level of consent they want, it needs an accept button that logs the accept, it needs a decline button that gets logged and it needs to pop-up every X months after it is set based on law.
