Currently Budget register entries does not have the option to Validate or Simulate posting of the 'Update Budget Balances'. This causes many issues in that the budget may have Account structure errors but you cannot find out until you try to post. There is no way to Simulate to see if they are correct so you can disburse a 'Unposted Budget'. This causes loss of time by the Finance team and loss of confidence by the Department heads.
