We’d like to share some feedback regarding the Copilot setup process in Dynamics Customer Service. Our customer had a negative experience trying to follow the existing public documentation.
- We’ve found the configuration to be unnecessarily complex and not as intuitive as expected. It would be helpful if the setup could be streamlined or better documented to improve the overall user experience.
