The entire document viewer needs an overhaul. They really need to find a way to actually just embed an iframe version of SharePoint into Dynamics. I currently just tell clients just open the SharePoint location. Because the current subgrid features is more or less useless and has been that way for years. Honestly not sure why this feature doesn't have more votes.
