Improve the current Danish Localisation so that FIK Payment methods are included on Electronic Invoices (OIOUBL). The standard BC works fine on PDF invoices, but not OIOUBL invoices.

In Denmark, OIOUBL invoicing is a public requirement, and not having FIK will be a dealbreaker for most, if not all, companies.
