Previously, Dynamics 365 Field Service users were able to delete a complete Work Order incident record and all of its related work order services without having to delete the related services beforehand. However, it is now a requirement to delete all of the related work services from the incidents before deleting it which not only requires additional and manual inputs for user but also prompts a related services error.


In short, I believe users should be given the option to delete the whole Work incident freely without having to do some extra review and deletion as this is extra unnecessary efforts.
